Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced On-Site Mortgage Processor to join our team and play a pivotal role in the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the processing workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with lending guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the processing of loan files.
• Order and review credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and other documents to assess the creditworthiness of applicants and the value of collateral.
• Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval, following up on outstanding conditions and providing additional documentation as required.
• Coordinate with closing agents, escrow officers, and attorneys to facilitate timely and smooth closings.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations governing mortgage lending practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably in a retail or wholesale lending environment.
