Sales Recruiting Manager

Independence, OH
Essential Functions:
  • Manages and coaches a team of sales recruiters and ensures compliance with recruiting/hiring policies, procedures and defined internal controls.
  • Ensures accountability and maintains departmental standards and objectives by working closely with HR and Marketing.
  • Sets goals for the team and reviews pipeline regularly to monitor recruiting progress and drive to the next milestone.
  • Oversees onboarding activities for new branches.
  • Proactively reviews teams over-all work and review areas where an employee can improve.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  1. Mortgage lending Industry experience
  2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  3. 2+ years in a Sales Recruiting Management role or 4+ years in a Sales Recruiting role in the mortgage lending industry
  4. Ability to work as a team player by supporting Company and staff when needed.
  5. Highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

  2. Encompasses leadership qualities
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills
  4. Keen attention to detail
  5. Energetic, self-driven individual but also a team player with a professional, positive attitude.
