This position provides disclosure support services that are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to our clients and internal customers, including: Loan Originators, Corporate Departments and Branch teams.

Review and confirm loan file data, including Loan Application, Good Faith Estimate, Truth-In-Lending and/or TRID, itemized fees and any applicable addendums needed to complete application milestone in Encompass.
Send initial disclosures to borrowers electronically utilizing email address provided by applicants and located within Encompass.
Review and confirm revised loan data for any change of circumstance requiring a re-disclosure.
Notify branch of any MAVENT report Alerts or Fails during re-disclosure process.
Communicate with branches and other departments as needed to complete requests in a timely manner.
Upload and properly file all executed disclosures into appropriate buckets/document types located in efolder in Encompass.
Run daily reports from Disclosure Desk Dashboard throughout the day for tracking and workflow purposes.
Provide status of requests and uploads as needed.
Track and resend disclosures pending borrower signature per request by branch.
Keeps abreast of changes to Company policies and procedures. Keeps abreast of changes made by Company’s secondary market investors and changes in Federal regulations pertaining to mortgages.
Working knowledge of Company policies and procedures in order to avoid losses to the company. Must have working knowledge of applicable federal regulations, including knowledge of the RESPA-Reg X, TILA-Reg Z, TRID and other regulations related to mortgage disclosures
Performs other duties as assigned
Represent Companying a professional manner by dressing professionally daily while in the office or when attending events.

Must have excellent customer service skills, able to work in a team environment and proficient with computers. Basic to Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
