Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with Calyx Point Central Expeirence.
This position manages all compliance and risk operations including, legal/state research, loan documents, branch and loan officer licensing, state and regulatory exams, privacy, quality control, fraud, consumer complaints, adverse action, advertising, HMDA, RESPA, TILA, GLB and fair lending monitoring, et al.
Implements all federal regulations and state laws, including Financial Reform, NMLS, SAFE Act, AIR, MDIA and RESPA Reform.
Monitors pending state and federal legislation. Communicated status of relevant pending legislation and enacted legislation pertaining to business operations and coordinated the implementation of such legislation with operations, systems and support departments.
Manages all federal, government and/or state applications for licensing, lending and/or brokering for Company and affiliates.
Interfaces with executive management to advise of new and changing regulatory risks.
Responsible for Document Management Initial Disclosures/Closing.
Manages internal Appraisal Desk for compliance with AIR.
Reviews and responds to consumer complaints.
Creates and maintains all company policies and procedures.
Corresponds with states’ banking departments regarding licensing applications and any other licensing issues and advises Management of license status.
Manages and responds to all regulatory and state examinations.
Manages process and approval of all TPO applications for wholesale lending channel.
Tracks status of licensing for Loan Officers and processes renewals and changes to ensure Loan Officers are licensed/approved to do business and in compliance with regulations of the state where business is being conducted.
Submits files to QC vendor for audit and then reviews findings and prepares monthly QC Management Report for management.
Files HMDA/LAR annually.
Creates and maintains Corporate Resolutions and Board of Directors minutes.
Manages, hires, trains, and provides guidance to compliance staff.
