On-Site Loan Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding the status of ownership and servicing of their loan.
Respond to customers questions, and issues through Freshdesk (email ticketing system)
Coordinate service transfers with the loan buyers and their new servicers.
Generate the appropriate data tapes for the new servicers.
Track, record, and remit payments made during interim servicing.
Track and transfer escrowed insurance and property taxes.
Ensure that tax and insurance payments are made in a timely manner.
Research payment issues and coordinate with new servicer to resolve.
Follow-up with borrower that have not made payments to new servicer.
Review tax forms to ensure proper escrow payments are made on time.
Requirements
Two year degree in business, finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or construction loan servicing, loan documentation or related job experience in the financial industry.
Experience with Loreta is a plus.
Experience with Mail Merge is a plus.
Other Qualifications Include:
Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word. (Must be able to complete V-Lookups in Excel)
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be detailed oriented with a commitment to a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
Knowledge of General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions.
