Gulfport, MSOriginate and Process Residential mortgage Loans.
Requirements:
NMLS preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Originating or processing Mortgage Loans
Minimum one year of experience in sales
Must be able to pass a background check in order to be licensed.
Must be familiar with 1st, 2nd, HELOC, FHA, USDA, VA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac & conventional loans
Position is in office daily- no remote or hybrid allowed
Base (up to 40k) plus commission, plus OT when applicable.
