As a Loan Officer Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-notch loan officers to join our team. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, industry knowledge, and networking skills to drive the growth of our loan origination team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive searches to identify and engage potential loan officer candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals through networking, events, and online platforms.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and values.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing a positive and informative experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and requirements.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit accurately.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding hiring targets.

This is an independent contractor role, 100% commission based.  No equipment is provided, however you will be offered support.
