Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Post Close Contractor with a strong background in mortgage compliance/QC and proficiency in Laura Mac software. In this role, you will perform final compliance quality checks on mortgage documentation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Attention to detail is crucial, as errors are not permitted

DSCR exp in Laura Mac is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final compliance quality control reviews on mortgage files.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements using Laura Mac software.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining high quality standards.
• Document findings and maintain detailed records of compliance checks.

Qualifications:

• Strong mortgage compliance/QC experience required.
• Proficient in Laura Mac software.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
• Ability to work independently; no training will be provided.

This is a per file 1099 per file contract.
