Call Center Loan Officer- In Office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Inside Loan Officer with a background in Non-QM and private lending to join our dynamic team. The Inside Loan Officer will be responsible for working closely with external brokers and brokerages to identify client needs, package loan deals, and facilitate funding through our lending partners. This is a sales-focused role, with an emphasis on indirect client sales and building relationships with brokers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Origination & Packaging: Work with incoming loan opportunities, ensuring they are properly packaged and presented to various lending partners such as LimaOne and Roc Capital.
  • Broker Relationships: Focus on indirect sales by contacting external brokers and brokerages to identify potential clients in need of funding. Establish and maintain strong relationships to drive loan volume.
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities, connecting with brokers to generate loan submissions. Ensure that clients receive the best available funding solutions based on their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's various loan products, including Non-QM options and private lending solutions, to effectively communicate benefits to brokers and clients.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing from submission to funding.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to brokers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a loan officer in the private lending or Non-QM space, with proven success in sales and deal structuring.
  • NMLS License: Active NMLS license is required.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products, private lending options, and the general mortgage industry.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales-driven environment, with a focus on indirect sales (broker outreach and business development).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with brokers and clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately package and process loan submissions.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in loan origination software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 per year
  • Commission- Override and production based
