Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Credit Quality Control Contractors to perform detailed credit QC reviews on Non-Qualified Mortgages (Non-QM), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans, Closed-End Second mortgages, and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC). This role requires top-quality work with no secondary review, so accuracy and attention to detail are critical. LauraMac experience is required, and no training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough credit quality control reviews on Non-QM, DSCR, Closed-End Second, and HELOC loans.
• Utilize the LauraMac Loan Review Platform to document and manage loan reviews.
• Ensure all reviews meet high-quality standards, as there will be no secondary review.
• Complete a minimum of 10 reviews per day.
• Identify and document any errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Communicate findings effectively when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in credit quality control, underwriting, or a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM, DSCR, Closed-End Second, and HELOC loan products and guidelines.
• Mandatory experience with the LauraMac Loan Review Platform.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills to meet daily quotas.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment to perform the job remotely.
