Remote Private Money Loan Closer

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Loan Closer with a background in private money lending to manage closings for business-purpose real estate loans remotely. This is a private money-specific role—candidates without prior experience working directly for a private lender will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review closing documents for business-purpose loans, including Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans.
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Verify compliance with private lending guidelines and investor requirements.
• Ensure all conditions are met before releasing loan funds.
• Work closely with underwriters and processors to resolve any closing issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely disbursement of funds.

Qualifications:

• Must have direct experience closing private money loans for a private lender.
• Strong knowledge of business-purpose real estate loans and asset-based lending.
• Experience working with title companies and closing attorneys.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in loan closing software and document preparation systems.
