Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 base + bonus potential

Our client is seeking a full-time, in-office Senior Mortgage Pricing & Processing Analyst based in Midtown Manhattan. This position supports both the pricing and processing functions for a range of residential and commercial loan products, including Non-QM, DSCR, rehab, construction, and business-purpose loans.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in structuring mortgage loans, managing files from pre-approval to close, and working closely with loan officers on product scenarios and pricing.
Collaborate with loan officers to understand loan requests and provide pricing scenarios across a range of products
Input accurate loan information into the LOS for processing
Manage loan files from pre-approval through closing
Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documentation (income, credit, appraisal, title)
Prepare complete and accurate files for submission to underwriting
Ensure compliance with company policies and investor guidelines throughout the file lifecycle
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in mortgage pricing, processing, or underwriting
Non-QM loan experience is required; familiarity with DSCR and business-purpose loans preferred
Proficiency in Encompass LOS required
Must be bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of loan structure and compliance standards
Must be able to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan, NY
