Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant (Spanish/English) – Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to join their growing mortgage team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in scheduling, where you’ll provide critical support in loan processing, client communications, and file management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact loan volume and client satisfaction while working closely with company leadership.
Support in the collection and preparation of documentation for loan file submission to processing
Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records accurately
Track key dates and deadlines related to loan transactions and take appropriate actions to ensure timelines are met
Maintain knowledge of company-approved loan programs, systems, and updates through regular training
Provide superior client service through clear, professional communication with borrowers and internal teams
Assist in representing the company at events or functions as needed
Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or loan officer assistant experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae guidelines preferred
Licensed Loan Originator preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hybrid role based in Pennsylvania (with offices in Bryn Mawr and Reading)
Monday–Friday, with mixed schedule options:
Early shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) three days a week
Late shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) two days a week
Attendance at work functions/events may be required
Base salary: $40,000 – $48,000 depending on experience
Bonus opportunities available per file or based on production volume
