Commercial Loan Officer – Hybrid | Fort Collins, CO

Our client, is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to join their team in Fort Collins, CO. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll be responsible for originating, developing, and servicing a wide range of commercial loan products while cultivating strong member and community relationships.

This opportunity is best suited for motivated commercial lenders with an existing portfolio, a proven sales track record, and a strong background in commercial products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit, develop, and service a variety of commercial loans and financial products

  • Manage and grow an assigned commercial loan portfolio

  • Serve as the primary contact for members and prospective clients throughout the application and servicing process

  • Develop business in the community to position Elevations as the preferred commercial lender

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations

  • Cross-sell additional credit union products and services to strengthen relationships

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service from origination through servicing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Existing commercial loan portfolio strongly preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business lending and servicing within financial services

  • Proven success in a sales and production role

  • Strong knowledge of commercial products, services, and applicable regulations

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills

Schedule/Location

  • Hybrid role | Based in Fort Collins, CO

  • Onsite at least 50% of the time over a two-week pay period

  • Reports to AVP, Commercial Lending

Compensation

  • Salary range: $85,380 – $106,725 annually, plus commission

  • Comprehensive total rewards package including:
