Our client is seeking a Funding Analyst to support a 4–6 week project. This role is responsible for reviewing loan-level documents from pre-approved settlement agents, maintaining profiles in Encompass360, and verifying wire instructions for warehouse bank approval.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience funding with warehouse banks and be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone. 

Key Responsibilities

• Verify completed Settlement Agent Applications for funding

• Forward files to Client Services for review once documents are complete

• Notate loan files with pending and completed tasks

• Verify settlement agent wire instructions by phone

• Set up new wire instructions in Encompass360 and submit to warehouse banks

• Review funding documents (CPLs, wire instructions, E&O/Fidelity Bond pages)

• Post approved information into the database and loan file

• Verify CPLs and insurance coverage by phone, email, or website

• Reactivate settlement agents as needed and maintain profile information

• Respond to Agent Approval inbox submissions within targeted turnaround times

• Provide additional documentation when requested by warehouse banks

• Approve or suspend files based on settlement agent eligibility

Qualifications

• Must have experience funding with warehouse banks

• Familiarity with EllieMae Encompass360 required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone hours

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $24/hour + overtime eligible

• Duration: 4–6 weeks

• Remote, working Eastern Time Zone schedule
