Our client, an established mortgage banker with more than 30 years in business and licensed across 22 states, is seeking an experienced Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team. This is a remote position with strong compensation and benefits, suited for processors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have expertise across multiple loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans from submission through closing

• Manually calculate income and analyze credit, assets, and property documentation

• Accurately manage a pipeline of complex files, including manually downgraded loans

• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and closing teams to obtain documentation and clear conditions

• Ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain timely and accurate records in Encompass

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage processing experience

• Bilingual in Spanish required

• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM guidelines

• Proven ability to calculate income and handle complex files

• Experience with Encompass required

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 + quarterly bonus

• Eligible for overtime pay

• Health benefits + PTO

• Full-time remote (40 hours/week, within candidate’s time zone)
