Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and expand their in-house marketing team. This leadership role oversees branding, social media, events, and CRM strategy, while managing a team of four marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee company branding strategy and execution
Manage and grow social media campaigns across multiple platforms
Plan and supervise marketing events to enhance company presence and engagement
Lead a team of 4 marketing staff members, ensuring accountability and growth
Drive CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention
Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Director of Operations and Owner
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience
Proven success overseeing a marketing department
Strong leadership skills with prior management of 4+ direct reports
CRM proficiency required (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with branding, social media, and event execution
Prior financial services or mortgage industry experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 -150k base
Bonus: up to 10% annually
W-2 employment with full benefits
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
