
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to join a growing wholesale mortgage team. This is a remote role supporting an Irvine, CA–based manager and Account Executives across the Western U.S.
The ideal candidate has a background in wholesale mortgage operations or AE support, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys managing pipelines, training brokers, and ensuring a smooth loan process from start to finish.
Support Account Executives and brokers by managing daily pipeline activity and communication.
Train new brokers on Encompass TPO Connect, pricing tools, and file flow.
Assist with loan scenarios, exceptions, and lock requests.
Monitor locks, suspensions, and loan closings to ensure compliance and deadlines are met.
Walk brokers through qualification and documentation processes.
Maintain accurate user access and monthly broker updates in company systems.
Help coordinate AE coverage and assist with events or trade shows as needed.
Collaborate with internal operations and processing teams to maintain smooth loan flow.
2+ years of wholesale mortgage lending experience, including disclosures.
Proven success supporting Account Executives or sales operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work standard Pacific Time business hours.
Experience with Encompass TPO Connect preferred.
Knowledge of Non-QM lending a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
