Position: Remote Non-QM Processor (VOE & P&L)

Location: Remote

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) — required regardless of your location

Pay: $28/hour

Bonus: $50 per loan (4–8 loans/month); $75 per loan (9+ loans/month)

Benefits: Health and dental

Overtime: Not eligible

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with extensive Non-QM experience, specifically VOE and P&L loans. This role requires strong accuracy, fast document review, and the ability to adapt across multiple lender portals.

 

Non-Negotiable Requirement:

• VOE and P&L Non-QM processing experience is required and must be clearly shown on your resume to be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up loan applications and run credit

• Process loans with a focus on QM and Non-QM products

• Review documents for completeness and accuracy to qualify clients

• Run DU/LP findings and confirm file data is accurate

• Review documentation within 24 hours for discrepancies, omissions, asset and income verification

• Work across multiple lender portals and follow varying program requirements

• Communicate clearly with the team regarding missing/incorrect supporting documents

• Ensure files are complete and compliant with company policies and procedures

• Attend branch/team meetings as required

• Follow applicable state and federal compliance guidelines

 

Requirements:

• 5 years of mortgage processing experience

• Extensive Non-QM processing experience (VOE & P&L primarily) — required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Must be able to work Pacific Time hours as listed above
