Position: Associate Transaction Manager
Location: Remote
Work Model: Fully Remote (equipment provided)
Compensation: $90,000 to $105,000 base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus based on prior year performance
Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time

Overview
This role supports due diligence transaction delivery by partnering with Transaction Management and Quality to meet client service level agreements, maintain production quality, and ensure clean, accurate deliverables. You will monitor production and quality, guide production staff, and prepare reports and data cleanup prior to delivery.
Responsibilities

Monitor staff production and quality to ensure client service levels are met.

Provide assistance and guidance to production staff to support consistent, accurate outcomes.

Prepare reports and complete data cleanup prior to delivery.

Work with other managers and departments to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

Prepare deal guides and host meetings with production staff.

Assist with audit rebuttals and respond to client conditions/rebuttals on assigned deals.

Perform regular securitization cleanup checks on assigned jobs.

Complete administrative supervisory tasks as assigned (including timecard approval and other oversight activities).

Interact with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Move between client deals as volumes fluctuate to meet delivery expectations.

Follow all policies and procedures, including privacy and PII handling requirements.
Qualifications

5+ years of mortgage due diligence experience in the secondary mortgage market, including experience within the last 12 months.

Due diligence underwriting experience covering credit and compliance.

Strong understanding of TRID and mortgage regulatory compliance requirements.

Confidence performing complex income analysis involving multiple REOs.

Prior supervisory experience at a TPR firm.

Advanced Excel skills and comfort building, running, and cleaning reports.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and Laura Mac.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
