Position: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Miami, FL (area- specific location will be disclosed during prescreen)
Work Model: In Office
Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 base salary, plus bonus potential of 20% to 30% of base
Schedule: Full-time

Overview

Our client is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing strategy for a lender in the Miami Area. This is an on-site executive leadership role for someone with strong mortgage marketing leadership experience, branding expertise, CRM knowledge, and a track record of leading teams and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy for the organization
• Oversee branding and brand development initiatives
• Manage CRM-driven marketing efforts and related processes
• Lead and support a team of marketing employees
• Partner with leadership to align marketing with business goals
• Help drive growth through strategic marketing leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage marketing management
• Branding experience
• HubSpot CRM exeperience 
• Prior team leadership experience
• Private lending background preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus
