Position: Commercial Loan Officer
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Work Model: Hybrid (50% onsite)
Compensation: $85,380 – $106,725 + commission
Schedule: Full-Time

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending relationships. This role focuses on business development, loan origination, and delivering a high level of service to clients throughout the lending process.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loan relationships
Source new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lending process
Structure and originate commercial loan transactions
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of loans
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and commercial lending products
Cross-sell additional financial products and services
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations

Qualifications:
3–5+ years of commercial or business lending experience
Active commercial loan portfolio required
Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and regulatory requirements
Proven success in a production-driven environment
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
