Position: Title Closing Coordinator/Processor
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 base salary, plus bonus if applicable and profit sharing
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking an experienced title closing professional who can step in and manage transactions at a high level from day one. This role supports both residential and commercial transactions and is best suited for someone who knows how to keep files moving, communicate clearly with all parties, and handle closing activity with precision and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Prepare ALTA settlement statements.

Balance files with lenders.

Prepare closing packages for signing agents.

Coordinate and communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Manage transactions from start to finish with strong attention to detail.

Resolve issues and answer questions during active closings.

Order and follow up on payoffs, taxes, and utilities.

Help ensure smooth, problem-free closings.

Qualifications

2 to 3+ years of title closing experience.

Experience handling both residential and commercial transactions.

Strong knowledge of title closing and title processing processes

Ability to manage files independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in SoftPro Select.

Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and stay organized in an active closing environment.
