Overview
A mortgage company is hiring a Mortgage Servicing Manager to help establish and oversee its residential mortgage servicing function. The company is preparing to apply for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing approval and needs an experienced servicing professional in place to support that process.
This person will work closely with company leadership and an outside resource assisting with approval and compliance requirements. The initial servicing portfolio will be small, so this is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable helping build the operation, establish procedures and controls, and personally handle servicing responsibilities as loans are added to the portfolio.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with broad residential servicing experience who understands the full servicing lifecycle and can help build a new function from the ground up.
