Overview

A mortgage company is adding a hands-on Compliance professional to support its internal compliance function. This role will perform disclosure and loan file reviews, serve as the internal QC facilitator, review marketing materials for compliance, coordinate compliance training, track regulatory changes, and communicate applicable requirements to management and staff.
This is not a people management role.

The company is also expanding and enhancing its existing QC system, and this person will actively assist with that process.

This is not a QC oversight-only position. The person hired will personally perform QC and compliance review work.

Prior licensing, NMLS, or MCR experience is helpful but not required. An outside licensing provider handles application and renewal submissions. This position will primarily monitor, track, and maintain licensing records internally.
