SUMMARY
The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight of sales operations at an assigned branch location. The Branch Manager is tasked with recruiting and hiring sales personnel, managing sales production and staff performance, and promoting morale and a positive corporate culture within the branch location.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete initial branch set-up, which includes hiring, training, and guiding direct reports with the aim of achieving sales goals and carrying out company initiatives;
  • Oversee branch operations regarding company's products, services, features, and benefits;
  • Identify potential marketing opportunities;
  • Manage significant opportunity pipeline to ensure success and regional growth;
  • Strategize sales plans for short and long term objectives;
  • Create and execute an overall market strategy to increase sales volume;
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations to manage turn times and improve loan file quality and process flows;
  • Coordinate and lead sales meetings;
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from consumers and sales personnel;
  • Other duties as assigned.
