Working with mortgage brokers and other clients to arrange for the closing and funding of residential mortgage loans which were previously approved by Sprout’s underwriters;
Preparing TRID compliant Closing Disclosures;
Interacting with title insurers and escrow companies to ensure permitted charges are funded at settlement, that Sprout has a first lien security interest and that there are no unexpected title defects;
Ensuring closing figures are in balance;
Ordering funds from Treasury;
Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.
Additional job requirements include;
1 year of Encompass LOS experience;
2 years of experience as a Closer / Funder, including experience using the Encompass loan origination system, solid knowledge of TRID, and the ability to accurately record and calculate figures and prepare loan documents.
