National Mortgage is currently seeking a Remote Mortgage Closer for several of our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience working with FHA, VA and Conventional Loans and Encompass.
Requirements of the Mortgage Closer Position
- Must have 3 years of closing experience Conventional Loans, FHA, and VA loans
- High level of proficiency with mortgage software systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills

Responsibilities of the Mortgage Closer Position

Responsible for the preparation of closing instructions and following company procedures required to close and fund residential mortgages.
- Interact routinely with the review attorney, closing agents, residential salespeople, processors, underwriters and other bank personnel.
- Coordinates residential mortgages and modification closings, corresponding with necessary parties to ensure each closing is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
