Customer Servicing Representative
The ideal candidate for this position will have the needed skills and experience to:
  • Take calls and respond to emails timely in a polite professional manner to all proper parties for response.
  • Answer questions and follow up on resolution to issues experienced by the borrower including but not limited to:
    • Obtain Payoff Statements including netted escrow statements
    • Assist in Insurance renewal, forced placed insurance needs and Insurance claims
    • Assist in Tax payment issues including understanding of the tax deadlines, reading the CD, and evaluating payment and escrow amounts.
    • Re-evaluating escrow accounts
    • Helping borrowers set up payment options
    • Answer PMI removal questions
  • Understand Servicing Regulation
  • Communicate clearly both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills
  • Dealing with ambiguity
  • Work on other tasks as assigned.
  • The position requires the employee to be working from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must have a working knowledge of the mortgage process from origination through servicing
  • Experience working with customers.
