We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is motivated to develop and run Wholesale Account Executives
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop and lead Mortgage Account Executives; motivate them and establish strategies to achieve monthly and annual loan production goals
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Team, including staff performance, monthly goals, employee pipelines, and applicable regulatory compliance
Conduct individual team meetings with Sales to review policy changes, keep updated problem deals, and provide guidance as necessary
Maintain active communication between Regional Managers, Operations, and other relevant departments to stay current on updates; communicate relevant updates to team members as appropriate
Ensure applications and loans are handled efficiently and according to company, local, state, and federal guidelines, processes, and procedures
Attend trainings, sales meetings and orientations as directed by the Executive Team
Provide training and mentor new employees as part of their onboarding process
Additional duties as management sees fit
Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Mortgage Lending with at least 3 years of experience in Wholesale Sales Leadership
Proven track record of success in Sales Management
Encompass experience is preferred
Ability to accurately structure and price loans
Demonstrates working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, as well as regulations such as RESPA, TILA, TRID, HMDA, etc.
Ability to consistently deliver goal-oriented results, meet tight deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication skills with all parties throughout the loan process
