Office Requirement: Reports to corporate office 4 times per month after initial training
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with 30-minute lunch
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base salary
Additional Compensation: Commission paid for each loan the Supervisor personally closes
Overtime: Not eligible

Overview
A mortgage company is hiring a Closing/Post Closing Supervisor to assist the Corporate Operations Manager with oversight of the Closing and Post Closing departments.
This is a newly created role for someone with strong mortgage closing experience and at least team lead-level closing experience. The position will support pipeline management, loan distribution, staff coverage, investor relations, department workflow, onboarding, and implementation of policies and procedures.
The role is hybrid, with required reporting to the Annapolis corporate office 4 times per month after initial training.
Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Operations Manager with management of the Closing and Post Closing departments.
Manage the closing pipeline and distribute loans between loan closers.
Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve department workflow.
Ensure adherence to existing policies within the Closing and Post Closing departments.
Assist with time off approval and coverage planning for Loan Closers and Post Closers.
Support onboarding of new department employees.
Maintain funding timelines between warehouse lenders and investors.
Assist Closing with time off coverage, overflow, and specialty products.
Assist Post Closing with time off coverage and overflow as needed.
Maintain relationships with investor liaisons.
Maintain and update investor delivery information.
Assist with payment of government mortgage insurance premiums, guaranty fees, and funding fees.
Support department functionality, accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
Qualifications
Minimum team lead closing experience required.
5+ years of mortgage loan closing experience preferred.
Mortgage industry experience required, especially closing loans.
Knowledge of TRID requirements required.
Ability to review and understand title schedules, title requirements, and endorsements.
Previous management experience preferred.
Closing and post-closing department experience preferred.
Encompass mortgage software experience a plus.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard computer software.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong follow-through.
Ability to prioritize and balance workload while handling interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to report to the Annapolis corporate office as required.
