
We’re seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join a growing mortgage lender expanding its wholesale division. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing a high-volume pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of 30+ active wholesale loans from submission through funding.
Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and program compliance.
Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, underwriting, and operations.
Provide timely, high-level customer service to brokers and internal teams.
Pre-underwrite files and restructure when necessary to align with investor or agency guidelines.
Coordinate and clear loan conditions to ensure smooth approvals and closings.
Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain broker relationships and drive consistent communication.
Train brokers and internal staff on systems, processes, and product requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in wholesale lending
Prior experience as a Wholesale Account Manager (required)
Processing and pre-underwriting background
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, Non-QM, DPA, and State Bond programs
Ability to structure complex loan files
Excellent communication, organization, and pipeline management skills
Proficiency in Encompass
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Structure: TBD
Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time
