Are you an experienced mortgage professional with a comprehensive background in due diligence review of closed loans? We are seeking skilled Mortgage Due Diligence Contractors to join our panel for ongoing and upcoming opportunities. If you have expertise with Laura Mac, Mavent, Aces, and TRID, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed due diligence reviews on closed mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Utilize Laura Mac, Mavent, Aces, and TRID systems to perform accurate assessments and validations of loan documentation.
• Identify discrepancies or issues within closed loan files and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Achieve daily production targets and deadlines as set forth in the contract.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in reviewing closed mortgage loans, demonstrating proficiency in due diligence processes.
• Expertise with Laura Mac, Mavent, Aces, and TRID systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of files with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent independent work capabilities and communication skills.

Contract Details:

• This position is a 1099 contract role, offering the flexibility to work remotely.
• Contractors will be placed on a panel and contacted as new job opportunities arise.
• Daily production targets are expected to be met.
• Compensation is on a per-file basis, dependent on the scope of the review required.
