Mortgage Receptionist/Administrative Assistant- In Office

Our client is seeking a talented Receptionist with Mortgage Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while handling administrative tasks crucial to our operations.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism 🔹 Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members 🔹 Manage appointments and schedules efficiently 🔹 Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management 🔹 Utilize your knowledge of mortgage processes to assist clients with inquiries and provide basic guidance

Requirements: 🔸 Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role 🔸 Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes 🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🔸 Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail 🔸 Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software

Pay: 17.50-$23/hr depending upon experience level in a receptionist/admin role
