We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing various types of commercial mortgages including mix-use, bridge, construction, fix and flip, and ground-up loans. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Review loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
2. Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
3. Prepare loan files for underwriting review.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan process to ensure timely and efficient processing.
6. Work closely with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors to facilitate loan closings.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan processing system.
8. Provide support to loan officers and underwriters as needed.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in commercial mortgage lending.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mortgage processing.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial mortgage products including mix-use, bridge, construction, fix and flip, and ground-up loans.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to commercial mortgage lending.
8. Certification in mortgage processing or related field is a plus.
