• Review and verify loan documentation.
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in processing Construction, Fix and Flip, Bridge, and DSCR loans.
• Familiarity with private money lending practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
