As a Licensed Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process from start to finish. You will leverage your expertise and licenses to offer personalized mortgage solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with potential borrowers to understand their needs and financial goals. Provide expert advice on loan products and the mortgage process.
• Loan Origination: Process mortgage applications, gather necessary documentation, and evaluate creditworthiness. Offer tailored mortgage solutions based on client profiles.
• Application Management: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns. Foster strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals by actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust client base through referrals and networking.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Active NMLS licenses in NJ and PA are required.
• Experience: Proven track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Officer, with strong experience in consumer direct lending.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems. Familiarity with Encompass or similar platforms is a plus.

Salary: $25,000 plus commission
